Here is the view from Sunday’s trip to the Beer Garden at Mt. Takao. Unfortunately the origingal 212megapixel image isn’t suitable for the web so here is reduced QTVR version. If you get the chance to go to Mt. Takao and enjoy the all you can eat and drink Beer Garden with some friends it is well worth the effort. Great time had by all.
Shift Key = Zoom In
Ctrl Key = Zoom Out
Mouse to Pan

(it may take a while to load)

Yes mate, PTGui is the tool of choice, it basically builds all the various resolutions and javascript etc.
Unfortunately as I was drinking (heavily) and forgot the manual exposure requirments so it’s not a good as it should be.

Just as I was thinking that it was taking a while to load when I read the small print. Definitely worth the wait. Had fun zooming in and then panning with the mouse. For some reason, the panning the forest while in zoom-mode seems like flying. Also, a number of buildings weren’t as bright as others…because of clouds? Anyway….enjoyed your picture.

Yeah, the stitching software didn’t do a great job at smoothing the exposures.
