With the end of the Ski Season Japan and the ramp up of Summer activities I decided to give White Water Rafting a try while the snow is melting and the water is running fast enough to give more than the average adrenalin rush. Avec la fin de la saison de ski le Japon et la montée en puissance des activités d'été j'ai décidé de donner White Water Rafting un essai alors que la neige fond et l'eau est en cours d'exécution assez rapidement pour donner plus que la montée d'adrénaline à la moyenne.

The location of choice was the Tone River in Minakami about 2 hours north of Tokyo. L'emplacement de choix était la rivière Tone dans Minakami environ 2 heures au nord de Tokyo. I decided to head up the night before as the train planning system told me it was a 3+ hour train ride to get to Minakami station… J'ai décidé à la tête de la nuit avant que le système de planification de la formation m'a dit que c'était un 3 + heures de train pour se rendre à la station de Minakami ...

White Water Rafting in Manakimi(水上) is definitely a highly recommended activity… Local advice was to do it before July for maximum fun so I will be going back in June to do Canyoning and White Water Rafting again… For safety reasons I wasn't able to use my Descente en eaux vives dans Manakimi (水上) est certainement une activité hautement recommandé ... conseils locaux était de le faire avant de Juillet pour un maximum de plaisir et je serai donc en remontant dans Juin au canyoning et en eaux vives encore ... Pour des raisons de sécurité je n'ai pas été pouvoir utiliser mon Tachyon XC sports camera Tachyon sports caméra XC but the photos the tour company took were great and have posted a few of them below. mais les photos du bureau de tourisme a pris étaient grands et ont posté un peu d'entre eux ci-dessous.

I'm not that hard to pick in the photos, the only foreigner and I also happened to muscle into front position of the boat. Je ne suis pas si difficile de s'arrêter sur les photos, le seul étranger et j'ai aussi passé à un muscle en position avant de l'embarcation.

All back in one piece… Tous de retour en un seul morceau ...

I chose the fastest river run for maximum enjoyment which meant only 4 braves in the raft at the beginning and then we joined up with the other rafts about 20 minutes down the river and traveled for about another 40 minutes through various rapids and rocks… It all culminated in an optional 4 meter Rock dive that the tour guides were quick to point out was not covered by insurance,  everyone did it and nobody got injured. J'ai choisi le plus rapide River Run pour un maximum de plaisir ce qui signifie que 4 Braves dans le radeau au début et puis on a rejoint les autres radeaux environ 20 minutes sur la rivière et voyagé pendant environ 40 minutes dans les rapides et rochers ... Tout a ont abouti à une plongée optionnelle 4 mètres Rock que les guides touristiques ont été prompts à souligner n'était pas couvert par une assurance, tout le monde le fait et personne n'a été blessé.

After the White Water Rafting there was a BBQ and a few beers to unwind and share the experience with the other people… Après la Descente en eaux vives y avait un barbecue et quelques bières pour se détendre et partager l'expérience avec les autres personnes ...

Finally my ride home… Enfin en ma maison ...
