I dont know who took the original photo so I cannot give credit where it’s due. To take a photo like this would have to be the luckiest use of the shutter button which leads me to believe it maybe a single frame from a video recording, or the end result of some very skillfull Photoshop manipulation. Either way, it sure is a stunning photo
