Perhaps you should also try blood-cupping (or wet-cupping aka hijama aka bekam), as since that's a more drastic treatment (ie you remove blood from some of the above points, especially the darker ones), you might feel a difference straight away. Forse si dovrebbe anche provare sangue imbutitura (o bagnato-imbutitura hijama alias alias bekam), in quanto questo è un dato più drastiche trattamento (cioè la rimozione di sangue da parte di alcuni dei suddetti punti, in particolare quelli più scuro), si potrebbe sentire una differenza dritto via.
The logic I think is, that the darker spots indicate some sort of congestion and by removing some of the 'congested/ stagnated' blood, you improve circulation in that area. La logica mi pare, che la macchie scure indicano una sorta di congestione e dalla rimozione di alcuni degli 'congestionati / stagnazione' di sangue, a migliorare la circolazione in quella zona.
