And finally the aftermath of my وأخيرا بعد بلادي cupping الحجامة experience. الخبرة. USM ومعلوماتي الجديدة النائية توقيت التبديل...

Perhaps you should also try blood-cupping (or wet-cupping aka hijama aka bekam), as since that's a more drastic treatment (ie you remove blood from some of the above points, especially the darker ones), you might feel a difference straight away. ربما يجب عليك أيضا في محاولة للدم الحجامة (الحجامة أو الرطب الملقب hijama الملقب bekam) ، وذلك منذ أكثر جذرية العلاج (أي إزالة الدم من بعض النقاط المذكورة أعلاه ، ولا سيما منها قتامة) ، قد تشعر فرق التوالي بعيدا.
The logic I think is, that the darker spots indicate some sort of congestion and by removing some of the 'congested/ stagnated' blood, you improve circulation in that area. وأعتقد أن المنطق هو أن البقع تشير قتامة نوعا من الازدحام ، وذلك بإزالة بعض من 'ازدحام / ركود' الدم ، وتحسين تداول في هذا المجال.

I decided it was time to tick the cupping box on my list. لقد قررت أن الوقت قد حان لوضع علامة في المربع الحجامة على قائمتي. This was taken they day after.yes it hurts when they remove the cups. هذا وكان لها يوم after.yes هذا يضر عندما رفع الكؤوس. no I didn't feel any different after wards. لا لم أشعر بأي بعد أجنحة مختلفة.

The moon Shot is very nice. القمر أطلق عليه الرصاص هو لطيف جدا. I'll be looking forward to a shot of an orange moon just over the horizon. سأكون يتطلع لتسديدة من أورانج القمر فوق الأفق.
