One of the benefits of my insomnia is that I am always awake to enjoy a nice sunrise. This morning is no exception.. Insomnia and nice sunrise. Shot on a Sony DSC R1, 30 second intervalsTime lapse was created using Quick Time Pro and Final Cut Express. No image processing (lazy morning)…. and the truth is that if it wasn’t for Shane Sakata from Nihonsun pinging me this morning then I would never have gotten of the couch… thanks Shane.

  4. @Jeffery Law, about 2.5 hours worth of photos at 30 second intervals and about 20 minutes to produce in Quick Time Pro and Final Cut Express.
