One of the great things about living in Japan is the amount of food options available. Today at lunch I took a walk from my office to the very famous Shinjuku West area. There is a great Chinese Noodle restaurant that I have come to love and serves probably the best noodle in the area.  As you can see from the photos the performance lasts as long as the customers do.
