Christmas day in Japan has always been a working day for me usually followed by an average meal of Sushi, Yakiniku or Izakaya, so when the idea of a flash Christmas dinner was presented to me I jumped at it.聖誕節在日本一直是一個工作日內對我來說,通常緊接著平均1餐壽司,烤肉或居酒屋,因此,當思想的閃光聖誕晚餐被提交給我,我欣然接受。
We decided to go to a restaurant in the Shin Marunouchi Building (新丸ビレ) for our traditional Christmas Dinner.我們決定去一家餐館在新丸大廈(新丸ビレ)為我們的傳統聖誕晚餐。

The restaurant's name is餐廳的名字是 Salt and serves a fine selection of Modern Australian cuisine and is co-owned by Luke Mangan.並精心挑選服務於現代澳大利亞美食,並共同擁有的盧克曼。

The night started at the adjoining Luke Mangan Wine Bar盧克曼酒吧 ,  ww (World Wine), with a refreshing Leffe beer. ,濕重(世界葡萄酒),清新萊福啤酒。

We then proceed into a most relaxing atmosphere for a civilized 6 course Christmas  dining experience.接著,我們到一個最輕鬆的氣氛中文明6聖誕節的用餐體驗。 On top of the great food there is a fantastic wine list of which we had a couple of bottles of nice Australian Reds.在最偉大的食物有一個神奇的葡萄酒名單,使我們有一對夫婦的瓶很好澳大利亞紅軍。

If your looking for a great food, great wine and a fantastic dining experience in Tokyo then you should definitely put “Salt by Luke Mangan” on the list.如果你想找一個偉大的食品,酒和一大美妙的就餐體驗在東京,那麼你絕對應“鹽由Luke曼”名單上。

What you won't get is annoying people screaming orders into earpiece microphones, you won't get your order served all at once covering the entire table leaving no room for your glass, you won't get a less than classy buzzer on the table and you definitely wont see discount coupons and people splitting the bill down to the last 5 yen as you leave.你不會得到很討厭的人尖叫訂單到耳機麥克風,你不會讓你發出的命令一下子覆蓋整個表,已沒有空間,你的杯子,你不會得到不少於優雅的桌子上蜂鳴器你肯定wont看到優惠券和人民分裂的法案,到最後5日元你離開。

What you will get is , great food, endless warm bread rolls, your meal choices served in order and only when you are ready, a full glass at all times, proper wine glasses, cute well dressed staff serving you, staff that actually know what they are serving you, wine recommendations, and a $200+ per head bill… well worth every dollar.你會得到的,美味的食品,無限溫暖的麵包,用餐服務,以便選擇,只有當您準備好,全玻璃在任何時候,適當的酒杯,穿著可愛以及工作人員為您服務,工作人員已經知道他們是為你服務,葡萄酒的建議,以及200元+每人法案...值得每一美元。
